Personal Freedoms in America

t's no secret that America is a symbol of personal freedom. From our early days as a nation, we have fought for the right to live our lives as we see fit. We have always been a beacon of hope for those who seek to live free from oppression and tyranny. And while there are many who would argue that America is not perfect, we continue to strive towards a more perfect union.
For many, the concept of liberty is synonymous with America. And while there is no denying that our nation was founded on the principle of personal freedom, the true meaning of liberty is much deeper than that. Liberty is about more than just the right to do as we please. It is about the right to live our lives free from oppression and tyranny. It is about the right to be treated equally under the law, no matter who we are or what we believe.
 

Liberty is a core American value, and one that we must continue to fight for. As long as there are those who seek to deny others their freedom, we will never truly be free ourselves. We must always remember that our liberty is not something to be taken for granted, but something to be defended. Liberty is what makes America great, and it is what makes us who we are.

In recent days, our personal Freedom was challenged by the very courts we hold accountable for bipartisan laws. State and Liberty should not be defined by the Supreme courts but by the people. My rights as a Women and citizen were violated by conservative group of individuals, who is behind the times. Our fragile democracy is headed down a path toward Communism. We need to come together is protect our Personal Freedoms in America.

 Crazy thing is, I bought breadfruit 5 years ago to eat healthier. At the time, I had no idea how to cook breadfruit or what benefits it offered. It's funny because my neighbor has a breadfruit tree, and last year my yard was overrun with fruit. The fruit ranges widely in size and can reach 50 pounds with tough skin. Recently, I watched a K-drama on Netflix featuring an actress so thin she resembled a walking pencil. Her appearance, marked by a noticeably pointed chin and an incredibly small waist, left my jaw dropping. It brought to mind the societal stigma attached to beauty and size for actresses. But beyond that, it reminded me of my own breast cancer journey. During my fight, I developed a theory: I believed that excluding certain foods would prevent a recurrence.
