My potting disaster

 I initially brought the Arbrusb planter to relocate one of plants. The. Plant


er is smaller than I  imagined.   Amazon displayed the size but I didn’t notice or care. I saw Baby Groot and I wanted to add it to my plant rack.  I noticed the size proportions during the move.  I exposed the roots and squeezed the plant inside.  Over the next couple of day the plant stated to wilt. Water couldn’t penetrate the soil.  The plant decayed.

The Arbusb Succulent planter that we see today are not only colorful and fun, but they are also expressive.  The planters can also be used as pen holders and green flower pots, making thoughtful gifts.

Personally, the Airbrusb  is not made for plants. One could place a fake plant or object to display the unique features of planter head.  I’m planning to put office pens on and straws in its head.  I love the idea of replicating characters from movies.  Typically, vases or containers for plants are boring and plain. With designer Art for vibrant colors, potting is enjoyable.  I will continue to purchase planters filled with beautiful office supplies to uplift my day.

Eat healthy with breadfruit

 Crazy thing is, I bought breadfruit 5 years ago to eat healthier. At the time, I had no idea how to cook breadfruit or what benefits it offered. It's funny because my neighbor has a breadfruit tree, and last year my yard was overrun with fruit. The fruit ranges widely in size and can reach 50 pounds with tough skin. Reflections on Beauty, Strength, and Courage

Recently, I watched a K-drama on Netflix featuring an actress so thin she resembled a walking pencil. Her appearance, marked by a noticeably pointed chin and an incredibly small waist, left my jaw dropping. It brought to mind the societal stigma attached to beauty and size for actresses. But beyond that, it reminded me of my own breast cancer journey. During my fight, I developed a theory: I believed that excluding certain foods would prevent a recurrence.
